EDUCATORS: You are heading down a path none of us in education have seen before this year. You will have victories. Great job! You may have a few misses. That's ok too because you will adjust and turn those into more victories. It's the first year of teaching for everyone this year, even those with years of experience. Give patience and grace to everyone, including yourself.
You guys are amazing. You have continued to "Apollo 13" this challenge since March, and you no doubt will continue to rise to the challenges that this school year will offer. Please know that you are appreciated even more during this time. I know it will not be easy but I know you will do the best that you can to keep our children safe while educating them.
It won't be easy but please know you are not going it alone.
